لقد تم تفليشه بفلاشة خاطئة مما أدى إلى تعطله جربت فلاشة كاملة ولم يحل المشكل الدامب يمكنه إعادة تهيئة الذاكرة ان كان هناك مشكل فيها وإن لم ينفع الدامب فالمشكلة هاردوير يمكن أن يكون هناك تلف في الذاكرة
يكمن الفرق الأساسي بين ملف الدامب (Dump File) والفلاشة الرسمية (Official Firmware) لهواتف سامسونج في المحتوى والغرض من الاستخدام؛ فالفلاشة الرسمية هي نظام تشغيل كامل ونظيف مقدم من الشركة، بينما الدامب هو نسخة احتياطية لكامل محتويات ذاكرة الهاتف تستخدم لأغراض الصيانة المتقدمة واستعادة الهواتف المتضررة بشدة.
