Made this Help before I use MTK SP Flash Tool Erase Flash First
Made Sure next Step I doing with Empty Flash!!!

And After I use Dragon select the Flash File,and normal Write Flash without tick the "EMMC Write All"
then,I get the Error after Write Preloader block

Now We Tick the "EMMC Write All"
and Click Start Again
Write Flash Start

But MTK-USB Port is slow;if we want more fast flash it and made it alive
We can do it like this
in MKT-USB Driver Flash,Wait 2% and Stop it;
Disconnect mobile,re-input the bettery;click start;connect the mobile again

Now Flash with Preloader Driver

just wait less about 25 min,mobile Alive

Write Flash All Done After 25 min
